Strength & Conditioning

I am a fully qualified REPS Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach. I can help you become stronger, faster, more powerful, explosive, agile and an all-round better athlete. This will be very beneficial if you are involved in a sport which requires running, jumping, rapid changes of direction and sprinting or acceleration.

Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights – it encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is required to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one element. Emphasis is given to training in the Olympic lifts; the Barbell Snatch and the Barbell Clean and Jerk, which will allow the most time effective development of explosive power, creating speed and powerful performance abilities in the athlete.

  • Minimum commitment of 12 weeks
  • One session of up to 60 minutes
  • £60 per week
