Strength / Powerlifting

This programme is suitable for anyone wishing to increase their strength for everyday tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, improving joint stability and reducing injury risk or for participation in sport. I also cater to those with more ambitious goals wishing to increase proficiency and strength in the basic barbell exercises such as the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, perhaps with the long-term aim of competing in Powerlifting as a sport,

I can help to achieve your goals by coaching you on the compound barbell lifts, develop the correct form and improve your technique. This will prevent injury, increase strength and identify areas of weakness in order to bring more balance to your training. We can also discuss your goals together and create a long-term plan which fits into your available training time and schedule, to ensure nothing gets in the way of your success.

  • Minimum commitment of 12 weeks
  • One session of up to 60 minutes
  • £50 per week
