I will provide you with the knowledge required to exercise correctly, advise you on the right choices regarding nutrition and reduce body fat levels so that you can feel fitter and healthier. This all leads to improved confidence and looking great.

Lifestyle counselling plays an important role in identifying areas where improvements can be made. My aim is to introduce healthier choices, improve understanding of your relationship with food and the role it plays in success.

This will improve appearance, self-esteem and body confidence. It may contribute to lowering the incidence and risk of conditions such as Coronary Heart Disease, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Joint pain/Arthritis, Visceral belly fat and Poor posture.

  • Minimum commitment of 12 weeks
  • One session of up to 60 minutes
  • Weekly review of food diary and dietary guidance
  • £75 per week

This is a premium service which will enable you to achieve real results, which requires a lot of ongoing guidance and support in order to succeed.
